Insurance & Rates

I am not in-network with insurance. While I understand insurance often plays a role in choosing a therapist, as an out-of-network provider I find I’m able to provide my clients with more flexibility, confidentiality, and attention.

Out of Network Benefits

Many clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for therapy. Insurance plans will often cover between 50-90% of my fee after the deductible is met. If you choose to submit to insurance for reimbursement, I will provide the necessary paperwork at the end of each month. While I cannot guarantee coverage, I’ll do all that I can to make the out-of-network process as seamless as possible and to ensure you get the maximum amount reimbursed.

Location & Telehealth

ALD Therapy is physically located in Fairfield, Connecticut; however, I’m currently only seeing clients virtually. I am licensed in both Connecticut and New York and therefore can see clients living in either state.

Length & Frequency of Sessions

I typically meet with clients weekly for 45 minutes. If you’re seeking extra support, I’m happy to meet more frequently or for longer sessions as needed.

Please note, I do have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Full payment is expected if a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show.
